Counter Help Job Responsibilities

• The primary mission of Whit's Frozen Custard is to serve the customer with a
  superior product from a safe, clean and well-maintained store by good, friendly employees.
• We want our customers to feel welcomed, appreciated and to leave
  knowing they will return.

Whit's is hiring employees that can work with all people, have pleasant personalities, smile, have a sense of humor and are willing to complete all tasks and learn new ones.

In order to accomplish these goals, policies have been developed to ensure a high standard of performance and conduct. In addition to following all governmental, health and safety regulations, employees will be expected to maintain acceptable levels of:

• Attitude and behavior
• Language and lingo
• Personal hygiene
• Dress code and appearance
• Attendance and punctuality

All employees will learn how to: prepare and serve every item on the menu with quality, speed and consistency; stock products; operate and maintain store equipment and property.
